What is Flash.Mail?  Flash.Mail is a monthly newsletter published by the Virginia Tech Office of University Scholarships and Financial Aid.  It covers a wide variety of financial aid topics that are pertinent to that particular month.  Flash.Mail subscription is free and can be done by following the information below under Subscription.
