• 2007-2008 Authorization for Release of Confidential Information / Information Release - The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act requires that if you, the student, wish for us to discuss information regarding your financial aid with anyone, including your parents, that you provide written authorization. Please complete this form if you wish to grant such authorization.

• 2007-2008 Financial Aid Change Form - Students use this form to increase (in limited situations), decline, or decrease financial aid awarded by our office.

• 2007-2008 Reporting Form for Scholarships and Other Assistance - Students use this form if they will be receiving monies from programs such as scholarships, grants, or loans that are NOT listed as part of their Virginia Tech Financial Aid Award Package.

• 2007-2008 Student Federal Loan Requirements - An information sheet with student requirements for Federal Stafford and Perkins Loans including information about signing the Master Promissory Note and completing the Entrance Interview Session online.

• 2007-2008 Study Abroad Program Documentation - Students must meet with a counselor to receive this form which allows our office to match their budget to their study abroad costs.

• 2008 Summer Aid Application - Submit request for financial aid for Summer 2008 terms.
