Graduate Assistantships
The Virginia Tech Graduate School offers three types of Graduate Assistantships:
- General Graduate Assistantships (GA)
- These positions include general duties such as grading papers and administrative work
- Graduate Research Assistantships (GRA)
- These positions allow students to participate in research projects at the University
- Graduate Teaching Assistantships (GTA)
- These positions allow students to engage in teaching classes
